No Such Thing as ‘A for Effort’

I got my first A in my major today. I swear I’m not stupid–English at Cal is incredibly difficult. I should have been a French major. At least then I’d have a 4.0 GPA for my major.

  2. I could not imagine being an English major. Don’t get me wrong, I loved my R1B course, but it truly seems to be one of the more difficult majors at Cal. I too would have a 4.0 if I stuck with Poli Sci and not moved to PEIS. Alas, we do what we love and the rest falls into place, hopefully.
