I know several people who are very sexually active, and enjoy casual hook-ups, intercourse, etc. I personally don't really get it, and I was wondering what other people's views are on this topic. Maybe I'm just old-fashioned, but I think if people have too much sex, it kinda lowers the value of the act. Like if you have a really awesome gamecube game and you're soo excited to play it and you can't get enough of it. No matter how much you like the game, after playing it several times, it loses its charm (excluding, of course, Harvest Moon. The one exception to this law) I see it as kind of like that. I think I would be kinda shocked and brokenhearted if I were to find out that the person I was planning to be in a serious relationship with has slept with a gajillion girls (exactly). It doesn't make me feel very special that I'm the gajillion and first, because if he were able to have carefree sex with so many other girls, how serious can he be with me? I'm not saying sexuality is bad. People are sexual and anything sexy is awesome, but I think sometimes the whole "i'm proud to be sexual and promiscuous!" thing is taken too far.
